Senior Finance Manager / Vice President, Finance
Job Description:
1. Manage the entire fund operational functions including middle to back office, for the Company and its clients
2. Manage new funds set up, preparation of fund correspondence and notice etc. in accordance with the legal fund documentation
3. Process investor dealing orders and ensure delivery of dealing confirmations, investor reports and statements to clients/ investors in a timely manner
4. Liaise with key stakeholders relating to operations ie onshore and offshore lawyers, auditors, custodians, fund administrator and various related parties
Direct Investment duties:
1. Analyse client’s investment portfolios and financial needs
2. Establish investment strategy, assist in implementing and maintaining strategic asset allocation
3. Identify trends & investment opportunities; assist in initiating investment ideas and funds investment in the global primary and secondary market
4. Provide Investment advice for professional investor clients by means of client meeting and providing research reports. Advices provided includes asset allocation, sector selection, industry analysis and risk management of client's portfolio
5. Develop and implement business initiatives to promote investment products/services and make recommendations for management review
