Job Description: Research Analyst/Equity Research Analyst(US & Japan Market)

Salary: $30,000 – $45,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide industry research and analysis for the company’s operations in the secondary markets, with a focus on the US and Japanese markets.
- Conduct due diligence for a select primary market (US market).
- Demonstrate rich investment and analytical experience influenced by US-China policies in US stocks.
- Evaluate the basic business model and valuation analysis of individual securities in the stock selection process.
- Dentify potential investment opportunities and provide recommendations.
- Compile comprehensive investment reports and materials to support business development and decision-making processes.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics, with at least 3-5 years of industry experience, specifically with expertise in the US and Japanese stock markets, and a minimum of 3 years in financial analysis.
- Candidates with experience in financial modeling or programming will be given priority.
- Proficiency with financial analysis software such as Wind, Bloomberg, and Morningstar Direct is preferred.
- Strong communication and written skills in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to make independent judgments and a proven track record in portfolio management.

- 在普通话、英语和粤语上具有强大的沟通和书写能力。
- 具有出色的研究和分析技能，能够独立作出判断，并在投资组合管理方面有着良好的记录。
